02.02.2025 - A Response to Salvation

When the Bible says we are to "work out" our salvation with fear and trembling, it is not saying we must earn salvation by good works. Rather, believers who already possess eternal life must be consciously aware of the three big enemies of God's kingdom in the earth: the world, the flesh, and the devil. "Work out" is a life of obedience to the will of God; our testimony can make or break a good witness to the Christian life. Let us not use our freedom in Christ as an occasion to sin, but an opportunity to grow in Him! (sermon transcription available)
