Four steps, and none of them hard

Your first Sunday, start to finish.

1. Step 1

   Pick a service

   Sunday morning at 11:00 is the easiest first visit. If you would rather start somewhere quieter, come to the Sunday Afternoon Service at 2:00.

2. Step 2

   Find Pleasant Street

   We are at 190 Pleasant Street, Route 102, in Lee. Come in the main entrance.

3. Step 3

   Walk in

   Somebody will greet you and point you toward Sunday School or the service. Sit wherever you like.

4. Step 4

   That is it

   You will not be asked to stand, introduce yourself, sign anything, or give anything. Come, sit, sing, and hear the Book preached.

The questions people actually ask

What should I wear?

There is no specific dress code. The pastor wears a suit; some men wear a tie; some ladies wear dresses; but most dress in modest, casual attire.

What will happen when I arrive?

Please be seated, and be prepared for several of our friendly people to introduce themselves and welcome you. There is also a time of greeting during the service.

What Bible do you use?

We encourage everyone to follow along in their Bibles, so for consistency we use the King James Version. Bring your own, but if you forget it, we have one in the pews for you.

What is the music like?

We appreciate the old-fashioned hymns as well as some of the newer songs, choosing musical selections that are conservative in presentation and consistent with the day's message.

What about my children?

Sunday School has a class for every age at 10:00, and Children's Church runs after the handshaking during the 11:00 service, up to age 14.

What is the preaching like?

Our Sunday morning sermon is usually verse-by-verse or topical preaching from the Word of God, and our Wednesday evening Bible study works through a book of the Bible chapter by chapter.
