10.19.2025 - Forsakers of the Faith

The false prophets, of whom Jude spoke, will come into churches and pretend to be followers of God. They do not know the Lord they claim to worship; they pretend to be leaders of others but are, in fact, blind guides. They look for prestige and power at the expense of the spiritual life of God's people. Eventually, they separate themselves from the church to show they were never a part of it; but in many cases, not before they do much damage to God's flock.
