God is the perfect gift giver. When the world thinks it needs more material possessions or more good works to please the Lord, God knows Who you really need is the Lord Jesus. There is nothing you can do to please the Lord on your own. God gave the gift of His Son, a living hope, so that through His death and resurrection you can receive Him into your life and be born again.
